Anastasiia, your Northern Italy tour guide

Signature tours of Northern Italy

Cities are like people: each has its own rhythm.
Milan is restless. Como is quiet.
Bergamo is dreamy. Verona is in love.

I don’t offer standard tours — I invite you on meaningful walks.
You’ll discover places that reveal themselves slowly.People who greet you as a familiar face. Shopkeepers who remember you from last summer.
The taste of espresso and pasta.Windows through which everyday life unfolds.

I’m Anastasia. I’ll show you Italy beyond the guidebooks — slowly, thoughtfully, and with emotion.

Impressions from Those Who Walked with Me

Milan & Lake Como

Wonderful tours in Milan and at Lake Como. Nastya arranged our transfer, booked tickets and restaurants. We loved everything: the guide's preparation, her presentation style, empathy, and willingness to help. We went to the monastery in Varenna without waiting in line. Everything turned out great. Our advice to future tourists: book your guide and reserve a tour on a private boat in advance. Highly recommend!

Milan: A First Encounterwith the City

2025-05-10

We've been on tours with Anastasia twice now. My three kids (15, 13, and 10 years old) and I — everyone loved it! Even the kids!!! Which is honestly rare)) Everything was very clear, kind, and caring. She tells stories so warmly, it's really interesting to listen. Then we also went with her to an outlet — everything was perfectly organized, no fuss, no rush. We'll definitely come back again! Thank you so much!!

Today I had the Milan Portraits tour with the wonderful Anastasia. It was amazing that I didn't feel tired after the tour. Everything was clearly organized from start to finish, information was presented very easily and accessibly, with many interesting facts about both the era and the sites. We covered all the highlights, discovered our own personal Milan, and fell in love with it, as promised by the guide. I highly recommend this tour!

Thank you to our amazing guide Anastasia! We spent 4 hours in Milan and it flew by in an instant. The tour was thoughtfully planned and took into account that we're not young anymore. We even rode the historic tram, made tasty breaks, and didn't stand in lines for tickets. The restaurant was remarkable. Thank you so much, dear! You're a true professional! *

FAQ

  • In Italy, tour guiding is strictly regulated by law: only guides registered in the official state registry are authorized to conduct tours. Unauthorized activity may result in fines of up to €15,000, both for guides and for intermediaries.
A licensed guide is not only about quality, but also about safety: professional insurance, official authorization to work in museums, and full responsibility toward clients.

  • To book, please simply fill out the form on the website, indicating the tour, date, time, and number of participants. I will contact you within a few hours to confirm the details.
Payment can be made on site in cash, by bank transfer, or through PayPal.

  • Yes, car tours are available in any city. However, the guide cannot act as the driver, as passenger transportation in Italy is regulated by law.
Professional driver services are arranged and paid for separately.

  • Yes. Children are actively involved in the tours, and both the route and the presentation are adapted to their age and pace.
Upon request, I can also design a custom, quest-style tour for children’s groups, tailored to their age, duration, and interests.

  • First of all — don’t worry. As a rule, I do not recommend going to Lake Como in rain or heavy fog, as its main appeal — the landscape — is lost in such conditions.
In bad weather, city tours, museums, exhibitions, or even shopping are often much better options. If needed, the itinerary can be adjusted so the experience remains comfortable, well-structured, and engaging regardless of the weather.

  • Yes, for certain sites this is essential — in particular Leonardo da Vinci’s Last Supper and the terraces of the Duomo. Tickets for these attractions must be purchased in advance.
For most other museums, advance booking is not mandatory, but it can save a significant amount of time. Tickets should always be purchased exclusively through official websites.

  • I offer tours both for individual travelers and for pre-formed tour operator groups of up to 50 people.
In some cities or on specific routes, local authorities may impose limits on group size. In such cases, the conditions are discussed individually.

  • I do not require advance payment, so there are no penalties or cancellation fees if you need to cancel.
The only request is that you let me know in advance if your plans change. This is simply a matter of mutual respect for the guide’s time and the ability to plan work accordingly.
